Bizl Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Bizl, a SaaS web application for creating virtual business cards (hereinafter referred to as "Bizl", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use Bizl.
2. Use of Bizl
2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Bizl.
2.2. Account Creation: You may be required to create an account on Bizl to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
2.3. Permitted Use: You may use Bizl to:
Create and customize virtual business cards.
Share your virtual business card with others.
ntegrate Bizl with other platforms and services.
2.4. Prohibited Use: You may not use Bizl to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
mpersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Bizl or any servers or networks connected to Bizl.
Collect or use any personal information about other users without their consent.
Use any automated means, such as scripts, robots, or crawlers, to access or interact with Bizl.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Bizl Ownership: Bizl and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by MyTerrace Inc. or its licensors.
3.2. User Content: You retain ownership of any content that you upload or submit to Bizl ("User Content"). However, by uploading or submitting User Content, you grant MyTerrae Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with Bizl.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bizl is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MyTerrace Inc. does not warrant that Bizl will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that Bizl or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MyTerrace Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Bizl, the inability to use Bizl, or for any content posted on or through Bizl, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if MyTerrace Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTerrace Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, and damages (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Bizl, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
7. Termination
MyTerrace Inc. may terminate or suspend your access to Bizl at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
